Rules and By Laws
The TSCA has Rules and By Laws that have been established by the organization throughout the years to help maintain consistency and fairness in our activities as a club. All member clubs are encouraged to adopt the same rules and by laws for their clubs so that everyone operates the same way.

Rules
We take pride in offering great opportunities to horse lovers who want to compete together and have fun. We have CLASS RULES that explain age divisions and event expectations. In addition we have SHOW RULES that explains conduct, safety requirements, attire, etc.
By Laws
By Laws are created to define the purpose of the association and discuss the membership details for the member clubs. In addition they outline the expectations of the officers, directors, committees etc that are responsible to guiding the club to meet goals.
Policy
The show policy defines awards, entry forms, fees, vendor services, host club responsibilities and equipment for the State Horse Shows held labor day weekend of each year.
